Ingredients
One package of ground beef
Half an onion
5 or 6 garlic cloves
Pepper
Potato
Seasonings to taste. I used paprika, salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano, bay leaves, garlic powder, onion powder, tomato paste, and cooking wine.

Preparation
In a little oil, lightly sauté the garlic, onion, and chili ( we call this Sofrito ). Add the ground beef until you see a slight color change.
Following that, add the cooking wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate. Then, add all the aforementioned seasonings and the potatoes (all of this over medium-high heat). When everything is well mixed, turn the heat down to low and wait for all the cooking wine to evaporate.

That was my original one, pretty hardy. I have another along with a blue zinger so I could be cool like Tim. I have gotten my best specific coral care info from Tidal Gardens website, it will list everything you need to know to keep it growing and happy and as always I’m always here for questions but after looking at this picture you will probably be hitting up Tim. :winking-face:

So I checked this morning and all of the nudis made it out of the jar, all aiptasia gone from where they left the jar.
Only one nudi was left in the bottom of the jar.
If he's still there when I get home I guess I'll suck him out, maybe he's alive?? Dunno but we'll check later!

Sorry Remi I didn’t know but that place was really cool. They flame broil all their burgers and that’s not even the best part. They allow you to have it your own way so if I would have wanted them to hold the pickles and the lettuce it wouldn’t have upset them!

Funniest thing about the whole experience was that trigger was terrified of that plastic jar.
