Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Well off to tractor supply, my John Deer tractor isn’t running like a deer, more like a deer that met the end of Amanda and Tim’s rifle. I think the battery is no good, I’ve had it over ten years and charged it over night and nothing. Perhaps the extremely cold temps all winter did it in.

Bird feeders down and hummingbird feeders up. The little suckers should be here if not soon. They will be hungry from their migration from Central America and Mexico. I love watching them, at times we will get 6-7 at a time but they aren’t nice to each other, it’s like watching a WWI dogfight with those bi-wing planes.

My father in law has them coming to his feeders already. We are at his house right now and I just seen one!

Hummingbirds are amazing to watch. A while back, I guess it was maybe ten years ago, I was walking in our back yard early in the morning and there was a hummingbird lying on the rocks. It looked dead but on closer inspection it was alive but in bad shape. I took it in the house and laid it on a towel in our bedroom, put a little dish of sugar water on a plate next to it and put a lamp over it. We figured maybe it had gotten too cold as it was a very chilly, for the desert, morning. It slowly started to look better. About three hours later we had to figure out how to get this little buzz bomber safely out the door...

Makes sense you are in the zone ( google) below me, I believe they return in that zone around the first of April.

Well that ended well! There is no catching them they are so fast. Without the feeders I would never know that there were so many around.

I know a lot of you garden. Does anyone have a fairly natural way to fight off pests in the vegetable garden? We're wanting to avoid anything that'll kill pollinators. Already using diatomaceous earth
