Thanks John it is one of my wife’s and I’s favorite Chinese dishes. We could only get it when visiting my father and stepmother in NYC. My senior year and her junior year at OSU my coworker introduced me to a five star Chinese restaurant in Columbus that had it on their menu. Last time we down there for a football game it had closed 3 months earlier. I need to increase the heat next time, this batch was only mildly spicy.

ok i give up. joel, i have been trying to find where you told me how much rowaphos to use to get my phos down. i just cant find it! and the container doesnt say. sorry to ask again but can anyone tell me how much to start out with? ive got some very unhappy corals and thats theonly thing i can figure theyre grumpy about

I use the medium bag for my tank in my PO4 reactor 11 hours a day and it keeps the phosphates at about 0.4

I don't actually measure it, I use the whole bag, and by testing you can see how much it goes down, at what speed and if it stays there afterwards.
