Good morning everyone! Bit sad this morning as I just ground up my last cup of one of my favorite coffees ever! Its from a local place and its a seasonal one they do in the fall. I really hope they do it again this fall so I can get more.

It's raining a lot here, it looks like a storm, lol. Lightning struck very close by, it seems, and it damaged the motor of the air conditioning condenser fan, lol. Those motors that work with low voltage are real crap lol, And I have to go to work now, hopefully the temperature in the house doesn't rise too much in a few hours. I have to do some work with a crane now at 8 am and I'll finish around 10 to come change the motor

The Meridian can go white also. Maybe not pure white like a 10k halide, but you can get a 14k halide look

I turned off my bars. This is Meridian 11’s only. A white dominant spectum I made quickly in the app with a touch of blue mixed in.

The party trick comes in with the 14k bars
The bars have individual white and blues controls, and can add a ton more white, but also more blues and violet to balance.

It doesn’t photograph completely accurately. But this is a bunch of various blues on the meridian and then medium white on the bars, and small amount of blue on the bars. In person this is awesome. The tank is bright! You can see everywhere. The sand is white. The corals still pop a lot of color from the blue and violet and uv channels. But the tank isn’t that blue dominated look in person.

If you look at the frag plugs, you’ll see they come out natural color. The camera doesn’t capture the overall look correct, but this is what I would call a crisp 14k halide look, with a touch of actinic added in.

Good to hear! I think someone mentioned it before but I always recommend a velcro wrap for rib pain to my patients. It prevents your ribs from moving as much ( increased pain) and makes your diaphragm do more of the heavy lifting. It will truly decrease your rib pain. I also always recommend rubbing, multiple times a day, dry rub and/or barbecue sauce on them. In my experience the dry rub and barbecue sauce always make my ribs better. You can also buy them at any pharmacy.
