Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
It is chugging along. It's the simplest tank I have ever kept to date, yet it is super healthy and thriving! I'm almost finished on the stand so I can get everything moved over to the new build.
Great to hear Keith. I am really looking forward to seeing your progress.

I got one as well, the wife and I are going to drive down to John’s casino and put the whole chip on black or red and win or lose drive back home. 😉
That's not going to meet the minimum bet Kevin lol. You're better off eating the seafood buffet and giving that chip to a cocktail waitress for a tip!

picked up a bottle of hot sauce from a little shop we stop by coming back from Florida all time, they have a big selection of semi-local sauces, pickled goods, and preserves. I picked one of these up to try.

Ooh, I love a hot sauce with a lot of Xanthan Gum in it! 😉

We actually keep a jar of xanthan gum in our kitchen. I've used it to thicken sauces, to rescue a pumpkin pie filling (someone forgot to strain the excess water out of the pumpkin), and to save a frosting that was too thin.

Edit: Catherine says it wasn't frosting, it was chocolate chip cookie dough that was baking out as thin crisps instead of thicker cookies.

The second pic looks like the bottom of my ramen bowl!

I need to get some tips Kevin. My culture doesn't look like that!

I sing to them when I’m rocking them. I tell them what good eaters they are and how pretty they are before I tuck them in every night. Alright seriously, I just follow what was on the video I posted a couple times.
