Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Runners up, drum roll please, Paint the town red, the outlaw jose wales, Dirty Harry and Kelly’s Heroes ( you could not find a movie with a better cast of actors!). Every which way but lose was the only one I never really cared for.
Great choices! How about an outlier Eastwood classic?

It is tall but you don't realize it is 828m as others buildings around are around 300m. But when you are a bit far you can see it is more than twice the height. We went there with @JoJosReef. One face become a big screen at night during the fountain show.

Of course you had pics @Remi! That is on my bucket list for sure. ( @JoJosReef will have to go with me too or it wont count) Thanks for sharing! Truly amazing

It's a really BIG building! And looks great at midnight!

Jojo you need a travel assistant. I can help with luggage, bring you water, anything you need, ya know? AAAANNNDDD, I will not get Southern boy wasted and get us kicked out of the Parthenon or any of the other wonders of the world we might visit.

Wow Remi, that has to be something you have to see in person!
Jojo and I are going out there next month Kevin. Ill send you some more pics then. :)

@kevgib67 The dendro colony came in a bit shy. I finally used enough putty to build a new garage and got it secured. What an animal, it has 16 heads!

Arrival.

Absolutely beautiful John I’m going to watch this closely! Still making my list. Have you ever thought about a walking dendro? That would be cool with a large sandbed to have a coral walking around due to a symbiotic worm.

That would be extremely cool, and I love them. Im just almost completely out of sandbed lol. Ive seen a few for sale, but they seem rare.

Ya same, what open sand I have left is patrolled by nasty sweepers.

Can't be worse than drinking Brits! And I make a good DD in any case, both right and left sides of the street.

That’s inexpensive too. I’ve seen $36 in places.
It's $25 anywhere for a good hamburger and fries/chips with a craft beer on draft. That is definitely a great price.

i love it!! i have been looking at those but dont often see anyone with one. so i wasnt sure about them! beautiful!

I was going to post this a few months ago but then realized this is not a freshwater forum which explains why no one liked my build thread of my fish bowl and my solitary feeder goldfish. I’ve mentioned before my son’s 75g is a native species tank while his 55g is Tropical. My son was coming home from collecting some wild fish and posted a picture asking if I or his brother knew what they were. I said they look like guppies but they can’t be. His brother replied mosquito fish. I googled it and they are from the south east United States. Because their main food source is mosquitoe larvae,

they have been introduced all over the United States and world including India to help fight mosquito borne diseases. They are closely related to guppies and, although considered an invasive species in Ohio they do not harm the environment or native species.

Is that like eating fried chicken while making eye contact with the laying hens?
I’m thinking it might be more like eating eggs while waiting for the hen to lay the next to make an omelette.

Looks like someone’s about to be a Poppa too!
