Before I say anything else, thank you again for the Percy Sledge recording Amanda. A little while after I listened to it on my earbuds, I got up to dispose of more excess IV fluids. When I came back I was feeling pretty good so I turned on the speakers in my laptop and hit play. Then I went over to my wife and asked her to dance. She looked at me like there were bristleworms crawling out of my mouth and I think she mumbled something about 'lunatic'. I went and sat down but then my wife got up, walked over and kissed me and said ask me again in a couple of weeks sweetie. I think then she knew I'm going to be okay and she can start releasing the year of pent up worry. She laid down and took a 3 hour nap.

Great to hear you are feeling better than expected Tom! Sorry about perhaps having more procedures but if that gets you fixed up and buys you a 100,000 mile warranty it’s better to get it over with. Man, that bagel breakfast sandwich looks delicious!

Sorry wrote that wrong. I don't need more procedures, or at least none I know of at the moment. I was going to schedule more to get my wife to make me more bagel sandwiches.

I didnt know they had split toes. but then again I don't think I really saw their feet before. but I did the responsible thing and ate fish and chips. sorry no pics. but seriously I was a little disappointed when Ye Olde English Fish And Chips booth was also selling Maine Lobstah Rolls was too hungry to pull out the camera.

The Coos were a bit too big. they had no mini's. there were also a couple of WolfHounds hounds there.

Doing well, thanks for asking! Looking forward to the pictures as always. From where you are at and the time you have left that should put you in south Eastern Michigan, Detroit area? Just a peice of advice, you’ll be driving through Ann Arbor, pinch your nose. The University there makes bjd smell like roses. Our directions to MU is drive west until you smell and then north until you step in it!

Just a peice of advice, you’ll be driving through Ann Arbor, pinch your nose. The University there makes bjd smell like roses. Our directions to MU is drive west until you smell and then north until you step in it!

Yup, I'll be near Brighton so just North of Ann Arbor.

must be a lot of work pruning rhododendrons. Especially when the nippers keep getting gunk all over them. cleaning the pruners with alcohol makes it easier. I'm just getting all this delicata squash right now. I have some watermelon radishes growing but think those have another month. Not sure yet if the sweet potato growing in a bag experiment worked. I have lots of vines but not sure if anything grew from adding more dirt on top. Next year I might try growing it indoors from like New Years Day to get a lot of vine growth and plant it in the garden in July and see if that works. Our season is so short for those long crops but it's too much space I think to do it all inside. but maybe I can attempt that too. small 4 foot kiddie pool under grow lights?

The one Rhododendron is about seven feet tall, I’m wondering if it was mistakenly grown from a magic bean? If it grows above the clouds I’m climbing it!
