I'm unsure how it works..
My recommendation is that you read about the product, if you need it then accept it and if not then leave it for if someone else needs it in the future.

I think you'd need to drill your tank or overflow? Refugiums are part of the sump to reduce nitrates by plant absorption. as for stand alone, it would have to be connected to your system to remove nitrates. so not exactly sure of 'stand alone' part

@00W I fed some raw shrimp and kept about half of it.. everything came out including my serpent star. Wrasse ate a bunch. I saw the hawkfish come out, but I didn't see him eat. I have a feeling however that he did. He did some weird darting.
Yes that's what they do.
They have no swim bladder so they perch then dart for food or attack, etc.
Go get some brine shrimp but good job Camden!

I had emergency 51 until 3rd grade.
Don't know what happened to it after that...
There's a great song by John Mayer about going through those lunchbox times but I think I'm the only John Mayer fan on the Smorgasbord so I won't post it.
Thank you for the memories Bailey, those were my very simple times in my life...
John Mayer is an outstanding guitar player. We're all music heads Joel, play what you want. After all, this is YOUR thread buddy.

That's what makes you such a great asset to the Smorgasbord and the world in general.
I tell my kids and employees always YOU choose how to react to things so choose wisely.
I always choose peace and love first ❤️
Very well said, and so true.

@luis angel it's a cheato reactor.. something id use if I ever switch to sump.. or an alternative to me getting a sump as well. I'd need flexible tubing.
