My wife’s meat loaf uses Worcestershire sauce and and green peppers along with the onions. I don’t know the full recipe. Her mother used to put crushed tomatoes over it but I had my wife switch to ketchup.

I'm 56.
Dead serious here.
Never peaked my interest to at all, but probably heard some various songs over the years I'm sure.
Have to say the really early stuff, albums 1 and 2 are really good.
Not to sure about the later stuff
Gimme another 56 years to get into those...

My favorite way is an open face sandwich. Sliced meatloaf on white bread with a side of peas and either mashed potatoes or french fries all smothered in a thick brown gravy.

I almost shot tonight's dinner, which was similar, but decided I was too hungry to wait. Chicken legs with peas and french fries all smothered in brown gravy. Yah, I like gravy. Scratch that, I love gravy.

Sounds like road-trip time. One of my absolute favorite all-time meals.
