Hello family!
I just got home from having surgery today. I had a small mass in the right side of my groin. They also removed three lymph nodes to send to pathology.
I didn't want to worry any of you, so I decided to tell you afterwards. Its not concerning for cancer, so please don't worry. They are unclear if the mass is from toxic exposure in the military. Hopefully the pathology report will give us a hint.

unfortunately I did not have any corn starch to thicken the gravy and was forced to try bread flour. it tasted great but not desirable appearance.

.002-.003 more. if your tank is running 1.025, you should mix that.
how much actual salt depends on how many gallons but not sure of the math. I would add a little at a time to bring it up. most mixes are about 1/2 a cup of salt to 1 gallon of RO.
