I appreciate that John, it was my wife’s grandmother’s recipe that she brought with her when she immigrated to the USA from the Hunan Province of China. I stay true to the recipe so I just call the meat chicken as not to offend pet owners.

And you don't put chicken in quotes, so it just looks that much better. Thanks for sharing Meemaw's beautiful story and genuine passion for Hunan delicacies.

This is my silly great nephew that always insists on me sitting beside him when we are together. We played Frisbee earlier and he wore me out. I am 99.999% sure I'm his favorite aunt. Lol

I had a mass taken out of my groin, when they got in there, they saw three questionable lymph nodes so those were removed as well. Hence I am so sore and swollen. Lymph nodes are highly vascular and now I have a large hematoma (bleeding under the skin) in my groin.
