Oh, I've eaten plenty of cows tongue growing up. I also get lengua tacos in the morning at this little Mexican place by my work. All I get is cilantro and onions on it....so good!

My neighbor made chili last night on his smoker. He put the meat on the upper rack and all the ingredients in a pot under the meat so as the meat cooked all the juices dripped into the pot. He brought us over some and it was so good! I've never heard of making chili that way, but will definitely give it a try.

It was. The flavor is different from it being smoked, but it was still really good. He also made corn bread with sour cream and a can of cream corn in it. I've never had it that way either, but wow...that was dang good!!
