Happy Thursday, everyone! Weird day for me today. Alycia is throwing a party for her girl cousins, and I've got nothing really to do for most of the evening. Probably will go to Walmart later and just hang out here or in our room and do nothing.

Oh wow, congratulations on leaving the job? It was a very weird experience for me hanging up my nursing/cna career after almost eight years. After almost five years of schooling, never getting a degree, and a few hospital jobs later. I'm honestly thankful for the experience I had but glad I am not doing it anymore

Just finished with my pulmonologist doctor and he wants me to do another 2 part sleep study in their sleep lab because its more reliable than the at home one that I did back during the big covid outbreak in 2019 when I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea. They didn't have an opening until February 19th for the first part then the second part will be early March followed by an appointment with him March 19th so I'm looking at probably close to three months before I get any relief. I'm struggling hard today with the exhaustion so please remember me in your prayers.

Yes. I used 10 Berghia from Reef Town about a year ago and they worked great but eventuall died out due to lack of feed sources.

A month or so ago my tank started to explode with Aiptasia again so I ordered 5 Berghia from @ReefEngineer. They have been in the tank for just over two weeks now. It is a little soon to be sure they are doing the job (it takes a while for them to start to show results) but I think I'm starting to see less Aiptasia. Either source is good as they all arrived healthy and hungry.

Thank you for the feedback. It take a little time for the berghias to get started after they settled into a new environment but eventually they take off and start tackling the aiptasia. A lot of people get frustrated since they don't see results overnight and think they are not working.
