Transfer portal is mainly abused by players wanting playing time, they don't look to schools with high profile players in their position and high returning class but want a school that gets a lot of exposure and possible playoff potential
Not to mention their not being a salary cap is destroying cfb too. Because schools with the most money can just offer the best scholarships (or salaries) to players now

Dinos or dinoflagellates is a pest single-celled organisms that usually occurs when nutrients either hit zero (aka phosphates or nitrates) or when the ratio between the two is not balanced AKA Phosphates are 1-2ppm while Nitrates are 5ppm. Usually you want a 50x-100x ratio between the two at least so 10ppm Nitrates to 0.1 Phosphates or 20PPM to 0.2PPM You can have a higher ratio as well so 10PPM to 0.05PPM although you never want either to hit zero or for them to get out of balance. There are lots of types of Dinos. Some are much worse than others. Some of them are toxic to fish & corals so make sure to add Carbon to the tank. They can kill corals unfortunately and can be hard to get rid of. I got rid of mine by Dosing silicates so Diatoms outcompeted them. You also can add Beneficial bacteria & carbon dose with vinegar to try and have beneficial bacteria outcompete them. If you see air bubbles trapped in a brown gooey substance that's usually an indication of Dinos.

We mentioned to take a look at night since they actually release into the water column at night when the lights are off so if they disappear then that's a bad sign that it is Dinos. If you have a microscope you can identify what type of Dino it is. There is a very good treatment guide someone on R2R I may see if I can find it.

Also its better to act quick as they can takeover a tank.

Here we go here is the treatment guide:

Step 1 is to test nutrients though and post here what Phosphates and Nitrates are.
