So got up early to do some ice fishing, caught and filleted some walleye. Bear battered them for the boys and I.

Walleye is my all time favorite seafood. We only get it around here during Lent, wait--no biscuit? What kind of a dump doesn't include a biscuit?

That's one of few fish Ive never tried. Ive only heard the best things about it, and the filets look wonderful

Tom it’s actually freshwater lake food , seafood is well .........Sea Food which is from the Sea and if it’s from Kevin , it’s Restaurant food Lol !!

I know, I used to fish for walleye all the time but I've never heard anyone ever anyplace call pike, perch, bluegill, etc. fresh food or lake food but technically you are correct so I guess I'll just call it fish from now on.

The only fish you’ll see me cook that’s not from the grocery store are walleye. Not especially fun to catch, they have very little fight in them. You limit out and have a fish fry here’s some I caught with my brother in law a few years ago.

No fight at all. The occasional Bass made up for it though, as did the eating. rarely did we catch our limit though.

We would occasionally hook a steel head, man they were fun. They would jump out of the water 3-4 times by the time you got them in the boat.

Yes, I have. I think the problem is probably on the mend by now, things are just still reacting. On a good note - my monti is kind of growing back!
