While some may think that my curmudgeonly mind is not open to new things and ideas, my wife recently picked this coffee for me. She knows that I dig manatees. Plus, in another thread, I sometimes sign off with, “Manatee.”

Anyways, my friend Tim @tbrown, will be proud that I gave it a go. Another friend, Lowell @Lowell Lemon , will be sadly disappointed.

It pains me to say so but the Manatee coffee is delicious. It really has a great coffee taste with the slight notes of the other flavors. I may be ruined for life.

How long are the beans in the Manatee before they poop them out? someone just swims behind them with a little net?

Now, if you are like me, you are the worst at asking for help. I can't tell you how many times someone will ask if they can help me with something, and I will tell them no, I have it. Sometimes in life, we really should let down our pride and ask for help or advice. Wouldn't you want help on a work project that is due in two days, that you have barely gotten started on? What if it's help to throw a family get together, you would ask for help then. Asking for help or seeking out advice is not a bad thing, and we should be willing to ask for it.

My wife and I had a similar conversation yesterday. True words brother

I have a secret recipe too, it involves a credit card and driving to either your local pizza joint or bbq joint to get some wings, haha.

On serious note I would love to create my own wing sauce and learn how to do some good grilled wings (prefer those over fried)

Do you have an "old world" or an automatic maker?

Some of the best coffee I've ever had was while in Turkey but I have also had some of the best in Italy too. It's very difficult to compare them because of the divergence between them.
