They keep changing it back and forth here from more snow than ice, to more ice than snow. I'm really hoping for more snow than ice even though we are prepared if we lose power I will have no internet and even if we don't lose power a lot of times when we have a lot of ice we lose internet which means we also lose phone service.

a while back we had -25 for 2 weeks straight. and couldn't convince the dog just to tinkle inside.

Ice storms are the worst

This has been the mildest winter i can remember here :/ usually we are 0 to -10 or so at night and teens and 20s for a high.

yeah, ice is not good. bring the snow. I always download a bunch of movies ahead of time for the kids. internet always works but I don't want to risk running the TV off a generator.

I am not only offended but devastated.

The love surrounding children can make adults do wonderful things and can be humbled beyond belief by it. Imagine how I felt last night when my son (Big John) asked me to show him everyone's reaction to his youtube videos. There was so many beautiful responses to show him. Sadly, I had to read it to him instead of letting him read it himself, because I didnt want him to see the disagreements.
