its stiff. but I don't have it in direct flow. it's in the back corner. the polyps open up and close at various times. I got it from corals. it's 6-7". they have other colors too but it depends on if you want photo vs non photo.

just checked. looks like all theirs right now are photosynthetic. In the future I'll add an orange and black to the mix.
