Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Doing good! I was a bit afraid last night since he dove into the sand in the shortest area of the sand bed of course (that's the place he had to pick...) but he was out and about this morning when the lights are on and has been eating well.

Man he's gorgeous. Nice fish selection buddy!

Gorgeous fish Thomas!

Amanda how's the scooter blenny? Have you seen him eat yet? Mine loves worms, pellets and fish eggs the most. He also eats brine and mysis
Both he and the firefish are doing good. I have seen him picking around the sand do I'm assuming he is eating. I put two big bottles of copepods in the tank last night.

Here you a few videos and a few pictures! I love watching him scoot around the tank. I tried to get some of the firefish but they all came out blurry. Please ignore the algea on the glass it hurts me to stand up long enough right now to clean it really good so I missed some spots.

That's good news! They're such friendly little guys. Mine comes up to the glass and fans his back fins at me when I look in at him. I've never seen him do one single aggressive act towards another tankmate of coral.

It's crazy, the corals almost seem like they dont mind him. He largely tries to avoid my corals, bouncing over or around them. But if he picks around in the zoa garden, they don't even close up. Sometimes he'll sit in the big wellsophyllia and float around on the current.

Mines the same way he's up in front a lot which I really like. I read the do well in groups so I'm thinking I would love to get a red one in the future.

What a cute little lady scooter blenny!

Its one of the few fish I am confident in sexing correctly. The males have a larger top fin!
Well then I will have to stop calling it a him... 😆 she's so little i didn't know if maybe the fin was still growing. LOL

I am pretty sure Shadow my all black clownfish thinks she's a tang now. She keeps following the yellow tang and bristletooth around picking at the rocks like them and I even saw her take bites off the nori clip too lol.

The two tangs are also like best buds. They just swim together picking at the rocks. In the beginning they would posture but now they seem very friendly lol.

Since I know she's a girl now I will have to think of a name for her.
