Thank you my friend. The owners do a live fish unboxing each Wednesday evening before they close for the day. I saw they had 2, so I called them and he held the fish for me. I couldn't believe he actually had one. Online vendors want over $100, like you said that's IF you can find one.

Thank you! It was very good. The little oven thing we have here does an amazing job at getting it perfectly crispy on the outside while still letting it moist on the inside.

Oh yeah! Airfryer salmon is my favorite way to have it.

Tuesdays lunch I forgot to post
