You are correct Amanda. Sadly, some people don't realize that. In fact, you can feel satisfied longer with less food eating healthy than you will eating fast food.

Just basic foods, whether or not the most healthy, and not cooked with "enriched" products like bread, flour and rice. will be lacking added chemicals. Also hate to say it, but the best chicken you can eat is raised in your yard

New tank is settling in, it's been running for almost a month now.

I have a 120 that is drilled but doesn't have the pipes that drain it down into a sump. I'm thinking I'm the future if might like to add the pipes and maybe make a predator tank... how hard is it to add the pipes. Anyone want to come do it for me? Lol

Fu manchu's are easier than the fuzzy and zebra (both dwarf lionfish)

huh, thought it was the opposite because they are hard to get feeding on frozen but I haven't looked into it... now I want one but sheesh the price tag is steep for me.

Fuzzy's are the easiest out of the dwarf lionfish. They take to frozen/prepared foods better.
I just texted a friend of mine as he has all three of the dwarfs in his tank.

If you get me a photo of what the holes look like/where they are in the tank, I can probably extrapolate what you’d need to get it up and running!

Just got home give me a few minutes and I will get you some. I really think it shouldn't be hard the hole is behind an over flow on the back left corner.

Ignore the towel that's there incase water gets splashed into it. Its setup right now as a freshwater. There is no hole in the stand but I think me or rather my husband could put one. He built the stand for the tank without a hole since I wasn't planning at that time to ever put a sump in.
