Ok I guess I hadn't looked too close and they're touching and are just fine. I also have a blue disco on same rock but can't snap a pic. I had to shove it between rocks since it came loose.

Love them

I'm kind of excited you guys remember I had beautiful red mushrooms growing in my Pico that crashed? Well I noticed a small one on the rock that is now in my 125 today! I'm so glad I didn't lose them all! I had pretty much given up that any had survived because it's been quite a while since the Pico crashed.

That’s a rfa, harder to get a picture where it is in the new tank with its pet porcelain crab.

Oh! He’s got a HOB skimmer on the back which is friction fit in there, against the wall behind the tank…

Every time he walks by, or steps in certain areas, the skimmer is rubbing against the wall and squeaking… that means either the wall, or the tank is physically moving as someone walks past it!
meaning the floor covering either nailed down wood planks or snap in place cheap laminate floor cover is moving and also perhaps the floor plywood(or what ever the builder used as a base) is moving due to weight, not nailed down to the rafters properly or damage either by water. There could be a free floating seam which is in between two rafters and has nothing to be nailed to.
In the end, what ever the floor issue is causing the movement, IT CAN NOT HANDLE the current water weight so why is the plan to add more weight with a sump...???

Well, I skipped the 9 pages I missed in order to get directly to the good music. However, I do see that @UncommonSense has bounced in and offered some sound suggestions, as usual. Why am I not surprised?
hmmm so do you want surprises...hahahaa
what kinda of surprises you want....I pray not any that I can arrange lol...that involves the cover of darkness and a team of 10...
But I could arrange a bottle of bourbon and cigars with my friend Ckid...and everyone here..

Oh I agree wholeheartedly!

The floor needs to be addressed before a sump gets added, that’s step 1!

Ha! I know I’d drive my friends and family crazy if I tried to info dump on them like I can here on R2R, plus the community is second to none!

I actually don’t use any other social media, and generally try to keep my digital footprint small… though, there’s too much good discourse happening around here for me to say no!
me too....I agree...This is like the only place I am on talking/helping people...We not allowed to do, and I used the word "normal" lightly normal social media. I really do not care what shoes anyone has or stuff like that...

Can I put different mushrooms on the same rocks that my devils hand leather is on? Its at the top of a pretty good size rock and I thought some mushrooms would look good growing on the rest of the rock.
Pretty sure DH will kill them and or release toxins in the tank which will cause a mess.
