Nah. Just got home from a dinner. Sitting here finishing work and messing on the phone before I crash. Just took some CALM (Magnesium) so giving it a little time to take effect and hopefully help me sleep a little better. Conference starts tomorrow so I'll be sitting in classes all day.

Picked up a walker and a cane this afternoon. The walker is pretty helpful but once I'm up and moving and get the back loosened up a bit I can walk with minimal assistance so the cane is going to the confusion with me.

Don't apologize. They want to see them again secretly. I grew up an army brat. Lived in some beautiful places. Never tire of seeing these places. Plan on doing some traveling soon.

We like to go play in tide pools. That sunset is something. I bet you can just sit and watch it every night.

Sitting all day kills my back. If you sit in the back you might be able to stand some if needed. Hope it is interesting.

She needs a clematis or two. One that only grows to 6 feet. You could make her a trellis. Here are a few of mine. So many different types

I love these I had a pretty purple one until the dogs killed it.

Busy day at the Smorgasbord yesterday. Caught some of what was discussed and missed some.

I know a couple of you have seen the thread below but thought I would share it for those who may have missed it. It's thought provoking and they are looking for input.

Wishing everyone the kind of a day where you have many opportunities to make others forget their troubles, if only for a minute.

I got clematis when I was in college. It was embarrassing but I went to my doctor and he put me on antibiotics which cleared it up, I was feeling better in no time.

spinal or muscular? if muscular they have lidocaine patches that might help. if swelling from herniated disc, they said ice to reduce swelling, then heat to loosen. ice was just too cold though. supposedly epsom salt baths absorb too. but hey, mines still hurting so there's that.
