Last night I watched a video about the history of Geauga Lake Park. It was one of my customers in my youth. We took care of all of the concession cash registers. Last time I was there was in the late 70s or maybe early 80s when my brother was servicing the park. I think I'm glad I never saw what came later. I liked the park because it was so laid back. I didn't really care for the SeaWorld much when it was built. It was just missing something, oh I know, an ocean. It's hard to believe Geauga Lake was the largest, by area, amusement park in the world for a while. That's just nuts.

In case I stop by, I like most omelettes. But my favorites always have a good portion of cheese and either bacon, ham, or sausage, or better yet all three in them and smothered with Original Cholula or Jimmy's Juice with a side of salsa.

Wash the shells and wash your hands and you'll most likely be just fine. Typically the salmonella is on the outside, not in the egg "meat".

In fairness to SeaWorld, I only went to it a few times and always after an exhausting morning at Geauga Lake plus I had to pay to get in.

Cheesy Mac and Kimchi, Dragon Style.

Kraft Mac and Cheese bowl, a tablespoon of kimchi, 2 teaspoons of Red Curry Paste, and several splashes of Jimmy Juice. A magnificent explosion of flavor and a good heat backup. The cheesiness of the Mac, the sour umami of the kimchi, the sweet heat of the Jimmy Juice, and the extra depth of heat and flavor of the curry paste make this dish a 12.3 out of 10!
