I definitely agree on the carrot cake. And I remember hitting BK or McD when craving.

Do you have a Micro Center near you? If you check the local store they often have good deals on refurbished systems. I picked up a couple Dell Small Form Factor desktops for the parish through them.

[kevgib67]

You probably won’t find a deal from them direct but check out Best Buy’s they will occasionally have them

And Black Friday is coming up!

[kevgib67]

Night everyone !

Good night CB!

Now don’t get me wrong, no one does top notch engineering like Yugoslavia, not Japan, Germany, Italy or the US but if I could get that Gremlin and this Pacer it would complete my classic muscle car collection. The Pontiac Aztec almost made the list but let’s face it, it’s ugly.

Was your car collection the inspiration for Cars 2?

[kevgib67]

I actually rarely do sweets. I'd hit Jack in the Box or Denny's or anyplace else that was open that served protein. Even as a young person my snacks were things like cherry tomatoes, green onions, olives, pickles, beets, etc. It took my wife a long time to get used to the idea that when she would ask me if I'd like a snack I would say something like 'Sure, can you bring me a dozen olives?' My weakness though is Carrot Cake. I love a good Carrot Cake.

I don’t do sweets either, my go to snacks are prime rib, short ribs, ribeye, porterhouse, T-bone etc.

John is that your mustang !!

Yep!!!

Nope....

[kingranch2003]

Yeah…still no thank you . Never thought very highly of Dell . I’ve only personally owned Macs in any case. We’ll see. I’m in research mode right now, but if I see a deal I can’t refuse…

Once you are released from the proprietary grasp of Apple, you'll finally experience true freedom! Im dehydrated Steve, ignore me.

[kingranch2003]

Magic game tonight !

And....

OSU is off, probably scrambling trying to figure out a quarterback for the rest of the season. Definitely not the freshman quarterback they put in last week. Going to watch the Indiana vs Xichigan game at noon and Ole Miss vs Texas at 7:30. Couldn’t find a game I’m interested in at 3:30.

@kevgib67

Kevin, too bad you don't live in Tucson. I know you are a collector of fine automobiles and thought you might have room for this one next to your Yugo. It's being given away at Dogtoberfest in Tucson.

Gremlin Contest

Hey Tom, my son is out in Casa Grande right now at the races!

I didn't go with because we're going to a CD Release party tonight for our Church's worship team. They just released their first album, a live recording that we all got to be a part of and my wife was on the production team for.

I've never been to the track but we see the sprint cars come through from time to time. According to their schedule it looks like a practice session for the Western World Championship.

The CD sounds wonderful. You'll have to post some info after the release.
