Hi all! I'm upgrading from a 20 gallon to a 100 gallon (48x22x22) and would like some advice on my tentative fish stocking list from those with more experience.

List in the order I will add them:
  • Pair of Oceallaris Clowns (currently in 20)
  • Splendid Dottyback (currently in 20)
  • Coral Beauty Angel
  • Flame Hawkfish
  • Sixline Wrasse
  • One Spot Foxface
  • White Tailed Bristletooth Tang
  • Pair of Captive-Bred Mandarins (once tank has a mature pod population. I'll have a refugium)
Does anyone see any issue with compatibility or quantity/size of the fish?

Price sounds about right... Regals are definitely beautiful, but can also be cantankerous like most angels..
Being that they are different species, never going to be the same size and in a decent sized tank, you have a better than average chance of mixing them successfully..
I had an Asfur I finally had to let go of in my 240.. another bucket list fish for me..

Looks like a good stock list to me. Sixline might get lost in a tank that big, but still a great fish. I would maybe add a few different wrasses as well.

Just be careful with wrasses since they will heavily impact the pod population that the mandarins willl rely on. Hopefully you can supplement the mandarin diet with frozen or pellet food. It took a lot of training but I got mine on TDO Chrome B2 pellets.

Also - I’ve never had one myself but I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about the six line as they get older in tanks. I have a blue sided fairy wrasse and he’s great.
