1000th question about flow for a torch

Hi all, i just bought some lovely euphyllias and I put them on a temporary rack, and kinda new with this kind of stuff and i was wondering if this place has too much flow… I am leaning towards yes but i wanna hear a 2nd opinion. Flow is coming from my return pump which is non adjustable, and its aimed a bit upwards to reduce the flow actually
