Triton will stop 10 litres jars and change it for 5 litres and my consumption is ca 110ml of each elements a day
So to cut down I thinking to put a reactor I have but never used wait for the co2 bottle but the rest I have hopefully
And perhaps can save a bit in the elements
I am not sure to pull or push the water into reactor? Any advise is welcomed 792BC60F-08DA-41C2-92FE-57108ABCBDCA.jpeg 70A8A1A0-AFD7-4D38-876E-2C2E0BD3CBA6.jpeg

This tank is awesome! Love it! Very well-done. My FOWLR 500 is tough enough, I couldn't imagine the equipment to keep SPS in it!

I have read to always pull from the calcium reactor since some peristaltic pumps are strong enough to rupture a reactor if the output line were to become blocked.

Your system looks amazing, I love the fish room!

I need to make room to have a refugium like that! I wonder with the triton method and the calcium reactor, do you really still need to do water changes often?

Please keep up the updates, seeing your system is a pleasure

Thanks for comment , for the time i push into the reactor but no restrictor and 8mm outline from the degasser but it sure makes sense to pull instead.
I just use water changes to have some water to acclimate new livestock and to help bring NO3 who is little high, But Triton is really nice to chasing numbers:)

Hi Tobbe great build. Learned few things.

How do you find the Maxspect blocks vs the regular marinpure ones? Do they leach anything like the marinpure does Alumnium?

Thanks for nice comment! I notice not much leak from marinepure they leak but on icp I have ca 20 al and then I have 4 plates and 5 of the large bricks
But maxspect don’t impact al at all but I haven’t se any benefits of em yet
