Hello, last May I bought a biocube after being out of the hobby for a few years and within a few months I knew I needed a bigger tank. In September I bought a used 125 gallon tank from a local aquarist looking to get out of the hobby. Over the next few months I cleaned, resealed, and purchased the necessary equipment to get the tank started. A week before Thanksgiving the tank got wet. I took my time cycling the tank and after about a month I added the first fish that I moved over from the cube. In the meantime I got 3 used Hydra26 lights and a used 61” aquatic life t5 hybrid fixture. About a month later I added a few soft coral and just last month started adding some sps (I know it was a bit early but I was seeing coralline already). Unfortunately I did lose 3 bangaii cardinals that I bought from an online vendor recently but other than that things seem to be going well. The one things that’s stumping me is my hammer and frogspawn haven’t seemed to open. I got them before Christmas and they were in the cube and added to the 125 in late January. Here are my parameters and pics of the tank and coral. Any ideas on the euphyllia would be appreciated. Enjoy!
