In most cases residential floors are design rated for 40lbs/sq. ft. The math says your floor is probably marginal. Your house is not going to explode but you will probably see some dip or sag. If your along an outside wall that will help. Your biggest concern and I mean big is the carpet on the floor which is more than likely a strandboard or plywood subfloor. The constant water around your tank will rot out the floor underneath leading to major problems.
what i have is 2x-3x the rated pressure, that feels a bit broad idk if i should bring it downstairs

Is downstairs on a concrete slab foundation? If so, it’s probably your safest bet for a bigger tank like this!

(Reference my build thread if you want to see what happened to my 180g’s stand when the 4x6 and 1-1/8” plywood under it started permanently bowing… I ended up pouring a new concrete pad under it for leveling purposes…)

Can you get to the ceiling under the tank? Have you tried putting a level on the base of the stand and comparing it to the base of the tank, try to figure out where you lost your initial level.

I had a similar problem with my tank in the second floor. When I had hardwood put in we noticed some of the edges of the plywood subfloor would bend a little. I had them then rip it up and we found the floor joists were 24” apart. The floor was level but the weight of the tank was pushing down on the edges of the plywood. To fix it, I had them open the ceiling under the tank and reinforce from there. Drained the tank half way so I could readjust the levels in the cabinet.
