today is the start of a 14 gallon nano cube build. i won a brs rodi plus system this past weekend and felt that was a sign to start a second tank. going to attemp this tank with little upgrades stock lights soft corals. 1 or 2 fish i am using the media basket but no skimmer. will change 5 gallons of water a week.

Sounds like a great start. We've still got our biocube, empty though. The RODI system will be a game changer at running a reef tank. Congrats.

sand and rock in, also max jet 600, added a cup of sand from otger tank and 1 rocj from the sump.
