Hello everyone, I posted a little while ago that I was thinking about starting a large reef tank. And I finally decided on the size and I’ve ordered my tank. I’ve decided to go with 150 gallon (60”x24”x24”) with about a 50 gallon sump, I will be building a custom stand made of steel with some type of panels to close it off. As of tonight, I have finished the Aquascape or have it very close to being complete. I will attach images I would like some input from the roofing community and people who have experience with building out mixed reef aqua scapes made of dry Marco rock once everything is finalized and reinforced properly. I am planning to do a one to two month dark cure in a stock tank. And only adding beneficial bacteria to populate the surfaces of the rock. I would also like some input from the roofing community on the best methods to quickly mature dry rock to try and get over some of the hurdles that dry rock brings thank you.
