180 overflow

I was wondering what is the best way to make or buy overflow that don't take up much of the tank if anyone has any made into there 180 sent some pic plz

Without question, a Glass-Holes overflow.




Edit to add:

Here is Glass-Holes 1500 gph overflow in my 90 gallon tank.

The one issue you may have is that with Glass-Holes, their overflows exit through the back/side of the tank. Here’s the back side of my tank before the 1 ½ pipe was added:
