Intro: I’m a 16 year old kid and have dreams of owning a large beautifully stocked tank and I have a feeling I’m gonna fulfill that dream.
I originally had plans for a 135 gallon tank but while transporting it i cracked the front pane.
Devastating to say the very least.

A while after the accident I pulled the trigger on this 180
I am looking forward to keeping some predators in a fish ONLY system.
I’m thinking eels triggerfish angels tangs etc…
So the journey begins…again…

Aquascaping and cleaning done. I couldn’t have done the aquascaping without my brother. He gave me good ideas and helped move them in safely! We worked on it together and the result is perfect. Now I need to mount this like 30lb light in the ceiling. :face-with-spiral-eyes:
The plumbing is the next big thing. I’ve never plumbed a tank before so im a little nervous.( so are my parents)

Nice looking aquascape! Gives you a lot of room for fish, and coral too!

I’d say it’s looking pretty good so far.:D Got the lights ceiling mounted in the middle because of how heavy they are. Plumbing is next:crying-face:

Have to ask why the egg rate on the bottom? Feel like it will just end up trapping a lot of detritus. More a freshwater thing and even then not used that much anymore.

I am going to put sand over it just waiting for it to come. It’s just for my aquascape

This is awesome! It's so cool seeing younger reefers succeeding and doing an incredible job! Very impressive. Following along. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
