2 black box's over a 40 breeder

Would 2 black box leds with the upgraded sb reef light boards be too much for a 40 breeder that's being supplemented with t-5's (2 bulb)

Yea it’s perfect. Just watch the setting and mounting Heith. You can overpower the t5 pretty quickly.

A B.B. in general , is capable of about 600-700 from 12in. Two t5 is about 250-300.
