Should i replace media in back of AIO prior to fallow stage?

Should i replace media in back of AIO prior to fallow stage?
If that’s part of maintenance you can - it wouldn’t make a difference to the dt as far as disease goes.
That said, moving the media to the qt will help cycle it faster.

Confused. So I am fallow. Would the Brooklynella stay in tank with same media that the tank had when the infected fish were in there

Any pathogen is going to die out with no available host during your fallow period.
