I have an IM 20 gallon and it has 2 spots for a media caddy, one on both sides. My question is do I need it on both sides, or do you guys run it with just 1?

Also, what do you put in the caddy? I’m asking because I’ve seen a TON of different “kits” suggestions, but some of it doesn’t seem necessary.

Thanks

I don't run anything in the back if my IM20 except for some floss when I'm scraping glass or blowing rocks. I have a couple of floss holders that replace the socks. I've never felt the need for other media personally.

That looks awesome. I'm doing a FOWLR tank though, so I might need it. Maybe Anemones later
