2 water pumps end to end...

If I connect TWO water pumps end to end so they are pushing water out in the same direction through my chiller unit would this double the flow through my chiller? .. in turn increasing the flow rate back into my aquarium?

probably not. You could try putting them side by side and using a tee or a y before the chiller.
