Sure but you will have to retape it every time you go in the tank. I considered using magnets but seems like more trouble than it's worth.

go to hardware store and buy the frame for window screens to use with the screen in your link. The frame will cost you like 4 dollars maybe.

There are diy videos on how to do that. Super easy and sits on the rim of your tank.
