200 gallon tank setup not level

I'm setting up my 200 gallon tank and it seems to be an 1/8 inch or so higher in the back, should I worry about that??

Yes, an unlevel tank will cause extra stress on the silicone seams

If you already have it filled it I wouldn't worry. If its is empty you could shim it and get it level.

I haven't filled it yet...just put it on the stand an hour ago

Use composite shims from your local hardware store.

I shimmed my 150. It was full when I did and still very easy to lift one side with a 30 inch pry bar. But empty it'll be a breeze :)

My 150 is off by about that much, maybe a little more. Its been going great for about 2-1/2 yrs, no leaks no probs.

Stainless steel shim stock would be the best (can be found a local hardware or amazon, won't be affected by saltwater/weight). Composite plastic/wood could compress/condense over time. Most important to shim the corners where the pressure points are in your setup. I like the open span you have on the front of your stand. How was that done? Usually there is a center support for that kind of span.

I would shim it with composite or even cedar shims and wouldn't give it a second thought.

Thanks everyone! Well I bought the stand with the tank and that's how the guy had it but I had to redo a lot and added some extra braces bc it didn't seem too sturdy before...the front has 4 supports but I couldn't put one right in the center because I wouldn't be able to get all of the equipment in. This was the stand before I redesigned it how it is now
