Starting a build for my 210g tank build, I've been planning on doing a build thread but I'm behind now so it's time to catch up!

Tank measures 72"x25"x25" custom built 3/4" glass starfire rimless

Had a friend custom build me an amazing stand.

Re did my fireplace to match the tank stand and designed a floating canopy that lag bolts into the wall.
The skeleton is made of 1" aluminum t slot with a wooden trimmed out box to hide all the lighting and wires.

Water testing the sump.
60" advanced acrylics PVC hybrid sump.
I like to call it the feambox for fake dream box!
These sumps are awesome I highly highly recommend them. Very well built!

Tank all plumbed up, I've got severe OCD and I had setup and installed probably 100+ tanks so Ive learned a lot along the way!

Had to do red PVC to match the royal exclusiv skimmer and the red plastic welding on the sump.

The tank has a 1" full siphon drain and a 1" emergency drain.
1" return powered by a sicce syncra 5.0, these are my favorite pumps hands down. Very reliable and great warranty.

The center of the sump I put a sicce sycra 3.0 recirculating back the the refugium section to keep it clean.

Got the beast of a tank on the stand with two guys.
Placed a the rocks and started filling her up!
Over the last 10 years I've been in the hobby I've hand picked and collected a bunch of very nice rock, majority of it being marshall island.

I just threw the rock in because some.of the pieces measure over 20" wide so I had to remove the canopy to get them in.
I designed the canopy so 4 bolts and two people it can easily be taken off.
Once the rocks are in I don't see very much need to remove the canopy, the gap between he tank and canopy measures 8" so it's enough room to move around.

Put together the electrical power center, I needed allot of plugs and don't like using alot of power strips.
Also uses Panduit wire duct to hide off the cords

Cut down the ultra reef reactor I had down 3" so that it would fit in the last chamber of my sump.
They trickle over the top of the reactor and down the sides and I was worried that I would push it against the edge of the sump and flow water out of the sump.

Refugium plant light came in from China
It only took 6 weeks lol

For now it's sitting on a panel of tempered glass but I'm going to build an acrylic arm for it eventually.

Now we are caught up to today!
Christmas came early... Or late...?

Dastaco xtrema a1, I have an xtrema a4 on my frag system for about 8 months and love it so I got one for my display tank.
They are super easy to use and fine tune your levels all based on your alk readings.

This looks awesome. Im going to be doing a full custom big 210 gallon cube very similar to yours. Can you talk about the equipment and your thoughts behind the configurations you chose? Budget isnt a problem for me either.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
