230 gal

I had to hide out of sight to catch my powder blue attacking the fish. Never did that while I was in the room.

That’s what I thought ..

the smudge on his side is actually the glass. .
Not the fish .
I wasn't worried about the smudge, the sailfin has a couple mouth chunks missing :(
Hope you find the aggressor.

The yellow belly blue tang is my wife’s fish .
doubled its size since we got it .
but she’s camera shy .
Never stays still long enough to get a picture of

Hi, if you don't mind me asking. How long have you had the orange shoulder tang for? I have had mine about 2 years and it hasnt started to change from juvi colors from adult. I think I read its an aggression thing? The more dominant the fish is, the more likely it is to change, is your Orange Shoulder Tang the boss of your tank?

I look forward to following your build. Good luck!

I don’t believe he’s the boss .
But no one messes with him .
besides mata and foxface he would be the 3rd largest fish .
I bought him about 6 months ago. .
Yellow ish in colour but you can See the transition line where it could be changing soon .

It can happen. They look so innocent and act shy. I bet its all an act.
Pet him ……

ever been poked by a foxface ?
They aren’t innocent at all .
messed me up for 2 weeks

stung on my right hand trying to net he jumped .
The left side of my face , sinus’s , and right hand throbbed .

be careful when handling them !

Finally …
I wasn’t able . And as soon as I mention I can’t get a picture the wife stands at the tank and gets many pictures .
