I have a jbj orion led fixture and was wondering what is a good recommend light cycle is for a reef tank? I have 6 times that I can set the sun rises to sunset and the % for each white and blue lights. I typically start getting ready for work at 830 am and home around 10 pm 3 days a week. Thanks

Well think of it as you would a typical day slow rise then high sun in the afternoon and low intensity evening figure 8 to 12 hrs of light in the tank and having it at peak for a few hrs in the afternoon you can set it to start whatever time works for you if your getting home late and wanna see the tank more set your time schedual so u can view the tank. I only have a 3 step light moons come on at 8 then blue at 10 whites on 11 and whites off at 7 blue off at 8 and moons off at 10
