The real headache is teardown and getting a buyer to take it all. When I sold my 660g, I got a buyer fairly quick and I had to get up at 3am to drain and contain livestock.
Youre going to need buckets or a few rubbermaid type tubs on hand for livestock and MAKE SURE TO HAVE THEM SIGN A WAIVER - THAT ONCE EVEYTHING LEAVES YOUR HOUSE,,,,,, YOU ARE HARMLESS DUE TO LITIGATION AND BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF LIVESTOCK.

The person who bought my tank and livestock had a person pick it up who decided to stop in Virginia to see family and all livestock arrived dead and he wanted me to replace them- Ha !!! I took pics of ALL livestock leaving alive and happy
