Package must be received on first delivery attempt; signature is not required. I am NOT responsible for shipping delays BUT will try to make things right. Pictures of the DOA coral should be sent to me with the coral in the original bag within 2 hours of first delivery attempt if something appears to be wrong. Please make sure you communicate any issues to me from the very beginning (when you receive the shipment) if a coral looks suspect. *A replacement (if available) or refund, less shipping cost, will be sent for any corals that arrive dead considering what I explained above, Thank you
