Good morning,

My RODI 75GPD system is running at at 2ppm. It is about 2 months old and has maybe 200 gallons run though it . What could be wrong ? Should I be concerned I see so many different thoughts whether 2PPM is going to cause me issues

I'd be changing the D.I. resin at 2ppm. Have you got measurements of the TDS before and directly after the Reverse Osmosis membrane?

Possible causes are instrumentation error (bad/uncalibrated TDS meter), bypass of the DI resin (unlikely, but possible), very high TDS after membrane (and if this is the case then troubleshooting membrane would be necessary).

Only way to l know for sure it to icp test it. ATI icp will test both tank and rodi water. Mine exhausts di very quickly. I let it get to 150 something tds then did the test. Absolutely nothing getting by except silicate. So I don't panic about some tds. Many people dose silicate. Worse thing that would happen is some diatoms(in my situation)

Tds creep is a concern depending on how you're dispensing the water
