Well started the tank about 2 yrs ago and figured i would post some pics here for all to see. The tank is a 220g 8x2x20" tank lit by 120 3w cree leds, swc 300 skimmer powered by bb5000 pump. 5 X mag8 ph's for flow controlled via apex on osc coding. For the first year i went with no water change to see the effect on coral growth and color, since then i have done water changes when i get a chance to do it, not very often. ok enough blabbing here are the pics.

Very Nice!! I Love seeing how much corals grow within a year or two!! Everything Looks Great!!

thanks, i break stuff off to throw it out weekly due to growth, LFS wont take frags from me anymore. I have documented the growth of the tank extensively and it is a joy to go back and look at growths.

I guess you have provided an answer to whether or LEDs will grow SPS.

Nice looking tank. Wish I lived close enough to go thru your trash can, lol.

Yes leds grow sps very well. I need another 60 leds to cover the edges of the tank now that studd has grown out.

Ill have some frags for sale later on
