gooch makes them... we special ordered ours thru DIYReef.com a while back... we ordered 500 of them if I remember correctly.... :)

contact a supplier of gooches frag plugs, and have them request commercial prop discs.

We did one locally, but had to order 200 or 300 of them at a time. No more, no less.

If you don't mind using square ones you can get ceramic tiles as Lowe's.

I have a friend who wanted a 6" tile made to grow out zoas, I just made it a little thinner then tile from the store so a dremel will go right through it.

I just had a big group buy for larger disks and tiles last month. I won't do another one for at least six months. I have to make these by hand and it takes a lot of time and space. We try to do it all in one day.

I did make extra's so I have some left over. Not enough to do any wholesale orders. So I guess I can sell these myself if someone wants them.

I have:

230 2"squares
80 3" squares
10 3.5" circles
150 3" circles

PM me if you want any. I will tell you how much. They have to be purchased in increments of 10. I put 11 in each bag and wrap them up ahead of time.

what do ceramic tiles go for at homedepot? I wonder if you could just buy one tile and cut them up for frag discs?
