Here is my tank now still the 50 same as usual. I survived hirricane irma with no loss. Household generator saved me. Still working on upgrade. 120 is my current dream. Ordered an overflow similar to synergy's ghost overflow. This overflow is super stout. And it claims to runs 1800 gph. Thick acrylic and it comes with a drill bit to drill ur glass tank. Anyways all is well in my tank just dreaming of my 120. Soon i hope. Soon just gonna keep it slow. Im thinking about starting fresh and leaving this one running in a new local. Idk maybe too much for my sub par bracing under my room. Any who. 120 is gonna happen transfering every thing to it seems to be my plan as of now. Happy reefing all...

So lil update i ordered a dual reactor from brs all here gonna be hooking this up this weekend sometime. I think i am going to order a metal bracket fpr it though. Also digging out my 30 breeder to use as coral qt. About 11 or 12 new corals coming in. From @WWC live sale. Hope my sponge from my dt sump will be enough of a bio filter boost to not have an ammonia spike i will be doing like 30-50% water changes every other day to start and may go everyday depending on ammonia and nitrite levels. Will post pix later.

So I got the qt set up and decided to move a couple of the overgrown corals out of the DT and make room for the new additions this was all done with a water change Saturday while waiting for my WWC corals. put corals on a mag rack in main display. So far so good everyone is looking good. First acro. is looking ok PE doesn't seem to be full. idk any suggestions on this guy its a Blue Lagoon acropora. my tank has some high nitrates which I am working on bringing down as well as phosphate. no real #s on those though. ok so picture time.

here is what I took out of DT a large rock covered in gsp sitting in secondary tank for time being maybe if anyone wants some I can trade or whatever. I also took out a rock with a bunch of the regular brown palythoas.
Im going to need to figure out how to remove them from a few of the other rocks in the DT still. they were cool for a while now they are just getting out of hand time to get those out and make room for more awesome zoas and shrooms and maybe a couple lps. idk yet.

Cool build you have going here. I dig the skull! Nice having the remote sump and extra space to work in. I had just read recently about people using a Kalkwasser paste to kill off unwanted Pally's.

As for the PE on the new acro i say give it time and as it adjusts and your Nitrate/Phosphate come down that should improve.

Follow up here is a couple pix of gf removing palys. We were very careful and put them in a bag in garbage can after removal and rinsed rock well in dt water. Rearranged rocks and put some corals glued in place. I love my unicorn @asileenshadowwolf. I will marry u someday.
