37 Gallon Column Tank Stocking help

Hi all,
I have a 37 gallon tank with an icecap 15 sump, protein skimmer, and finnex HOB fuge with some chaeto. I currently have a watchman goby, a chromis, and a firefish. The goal of the tank is for an anemone and a pair of clowns. In regards to stocking, I would also like to add an azule damsel and 2/3 benggai cardinals. Is that too much for stocking? I may attempt to add a mandarin goby at some point too.

if you add 3 cardinals you will usually end up with 2 ...
I got 4 in a 210 and its hell on the non breeding pair
